Avoid contact irritants. Certain products can act as triggers. Keep an eye on your particular trigger substance and avoid whenever possible.

Dilute Exorex Lotion to suit your individual requirements.

Keep a diary of when psoriasis occurs. You may be able to identify a trigger substance or situation.
